01 / Overview

Safemole is a native mobile solution for protecting personal and corporate data, managing it securely and keeping detailed records. The iOS and Android apps are both fully native, which gives direct access to device security features such as biometrics and the secure enclave.

02 / The problem

Privacy apps are usually built cross-platform, which limits access to the device’s security hardware. Logging every security event also bloats the main database and slows the system down.

03 / Our approach

Each platform is built in its own native language — Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS. The database is polyglot: transactional data sits in MSSQL under ACID guarantees, while continuous operational logs are written to MongoDB, so the main database stays fast.

04 / The result

Logins and every sensitive operation are verified with hardware-level biometrics. When a suspicious login attempt or unauthorised data export happens, the user gets an immediate push notification.

05 / Key features

What it does.

  • 01

    Full native performance

Optimal use of device resources, high speed and a polished UI.

  • 02

    Detailed logging

Real-time records of every step, API request and security event.

  • 03

    Biometric integration

Hardware-level verification via FaceID, TouchID and the Android Fingerprint API.

  • 04

    Layered encryption

Sensitive data is protected in transit and at rest.

  • 05

    Anomaly alerts

Immediate push notifications for suspicious logins or unauthorised data extraction.

06 / Architecture

How it is built.

  1. Polyglot persistence

Transactional data in MSSQL with ACID guarantees, continuous logs in MongoDB — the core database never slows down.

  2. Clean architecture

MVVM or VIPER on mobile and a modular backend, with business logic, data layer and UI clearly separated.

  3. Secure API gateway

Every request passes through a single gateway with a firewall and rate limiting.
