01 / Overview
Guraba is more than a standard e-commerce site. It combines a website, a mobile app and a Telegram bot into one multi-channel sales ecosystem. Its main strength is a dual admin architecture: sales, stock and users are managed from both a full-featured web panel and a dedicated admin mobile app.
02 / The problem
A customer fills a cart on the site, asks questions on Telegram, then downloads the app — and has to start over on every channel. The store owner has to sit at a computer to approve orders.
03 / Our approach
All channels sit on a single API, so accounts and carts are identical across web, mobile and the bot. The database is hybrid: financial transactions and stock live in MSSQL with ACID guarantees, while thousands of clicks and logs per second are written asynchronously to MongoDB.
04 / The result
Stock changes reach every channel within milliseconds and are pushed to the admin app. The store owner approves orders from a phone, and the customer continues on whichever channel they prefer.
