01 / Overview

ParkHub is a mobile platform that digitises city parking infrastructure and automates payments. Users find the nearest zone with geolocation, manage parking sessions in real time, subscribe and pay online securely.

02 / The problem

A city has several parking operators, each with its own system and payment method. Drivers cannot see which zones are free, must pay each operator separately and cannot easily track when their parking expires.

03 / Our approach

The external operators (ParkZone and Axsis) and the EPoint payment gateway sit behind an Anti-Corruption Layer, so their data models never leak into the core domain. The backend uses Clean Architecture, FastEndpoints and MediatR for CQRS, and a custom MCP server automatically checks for architecture drift.

04 / The result

Drivers see every operator’s zones in one app, pay with a single subscription and watch their session’s end time live.

05 / Key features

What it does.

  • 01

    Location-based zone search

The nearest parking zones on an interactive map.

  • 02

    Real-time session management

Start time, elapsed duration and expiry warnings.

  • 03

    Subscription flow

One citywide subscription covers payments across all operators.

  • 04

    Plate and barcode scanning

Reads vehicle plate numbers from the camera using ML Kit.

  • 05

    Push notifications

Centralised Firebase alerts about sessions, payments and subscriptions.

06 / Architecture

How it is built.

  1. Anti-Corruption Layer

Isolates every interaction with ParkZone, Axsis and EPoint from the internal domain.

  2. Dependency-analysis MCP

A TypeScript Model Context Protocol server maps the codebase’s dependency graph and scores Clean Architecture compliance.

  3. Background services

Scheduled jobs and a centralised push-notification system built on Firebase.
