RootOS is the central, AI-driven brain of a company. It brings the company's software, data, people and AI agents together into one intelligent management and orchestration layer — the core that AgentOS and MeetOS build on.
02 / The problem
Company data sits in separate programs that only store records: nobody sees the whole picture, overloaded people and delays surface too late, and management decides on reports that are already out of date. Where automation exists, it runs without a clear owner or audit trail.
03 / Our approach
RootOS gathers the data of every department in one place and follows business processes in real time. On top of that layer, AI agents receive tasks automatically and are coordinated centrally, while permissions, approval steps and an audit log keep every automated action under human control.

RootOS is live: five international companies and more than 500 active users work with it. It pulls data from ERP and CRM systems, 1C, Excel, Google, Microsoft 365, Slack, Mattermost, Jira, Plane and Linear into one layer, coordinates AI agents through our own orchestration engine and keeps every automated step under permissions, approvals and an audit log, while management gets dashboards, reports and risk alerts.
