01 / Overview
MeetOS is an AI platform that makes meetings — internal ones and those with clients — produce results. A browser extension and a Windows app capture Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls; the platform transcribes and translates them, summarises the decisions and makes sure the tasks that come out of them get done.
02 / The problem
Companies spend hours in meetings that end without a clear outcome: agreements are forgotten, tasks have no owner or deadline, and a week later nobody checks whether the last meeting's decisions were done.
03 / Our approach
MeetOS covers the whole meeting cycle. Before a call it prepares context on the participants and the topic. During it, the browser extension or the Windows app — which captures the call audio and the microphone, so no bot joins the meeting — feeds multilingual transcription; the assistant answers questions from the company's own documents, shows the source of every answer and privately flags a statement that contradicts them. Afterwards it summarises decisions and agreements, extracts tasks, assigns owners and runs deadlines, reminders and follow-ups in the tools the team already uses.
04 / The result
The platform is complete — Windows app, browser extension, server and admin panel — and passes more than 2,000 automated tests. It runs in two regions, the US and Europe, and is now open to its first pilot partners. Within the ecosystem, MeetOS hands its decisions to RootOS.

Works with every call
Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams through a browser extension on Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebook; the Windows app captures the call audio and the microphone. A dedicated Mac app is planned.

Multilingual transcription
Transcribes calls in English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Arabic and more; Azerbaijani and Turkish are supported in the US region.

Sales call, team meeting, customer support, interview preparation and a live interpreter that translates the conversation as it happens.

Summaries and decisions
Summarises the key discussion, decisions and agreements and keeps a log of them with owners and status.

Tasks into your tools
Sends tasks and follow-ups to Slack, Teams, Jira, Asana, webhooks and Google or Microsoft calendars; HubSpot and Salesforce switch on with the pilot.

Privacy by default
Personal data in Azerbaijani — national ID (FİN), IBAN and phone numbers — is masked automatically.
06 / Architecture
How it is built.
Two regions
Separate US and European regions keep each client's data where it belongs; the platform is ready to deploy on Fly.io.
A regional AI stack
In the US, Whisper and gpt-oss run on Groq; in Europe, Deepgram Nova-3 transcribes and Azure OpenAI analyses.
Tested end to end
More than 2,000 automated tests cover the Windows app, the browser extension, the server and the admin panel.
