01 / Overview
Nitro Garage is a mobile app digitising Azerbaijan’s car service market. It connects drivers, mechanics and spare-parts stores on one platform: drivers post service or part requests, and mechanics and stores send real-time bids so the cheapest option can be chosen.
02 / The problem
Drivers call stores one by one to compare part prices, do not know a mechanic’s workload, and struggle to find help when stranded. The market lacks price transparency.
03 / Our approach
A tender model — one request, many offers. Separate navigators and screen sets were built for four roles: driver, mechanic, store and admin. A geolocation-based SOS flow covers emergencies.
04 / The result
Drivers get several offers from one request and compare prices. Stores sell inventory with auto-bid rules, and mechanics manage their bookings through the app.

Role-based navigation
Fully separate navigators and screens for each role.
Service layer per domain
Each backend domain has its own service layer, all going through one central axios client with JWT injection and token refresh.
Deliberate state choices
Zustand stores for cross-screen state, useState for local state — Redux deliberately not used.
