01 / Overview
Vicdoor replaces the Excel-based workflow in a PVC and aluminium door and window manufacturer’s workshops with one integrated digital system. It covers quoting, visual design, production, field installation and customer satisfaction, and is tailored to the Baku market.
02 / The problem
Workshops priced jobs in Excel, wrote measurements on paper and checked production status by phone. Finding the state of one order meant calling three people, and the same data lived in three different places.
03 / Our approach
The whole order lifecycle runs through a single status workflow with an audit trail. The price calculator, visual designer and drawing engine are shared packages used by web, mobile and API alike. An offline-first mobile app serves field installers, with measurements without internet, annotations on images and digital signatures.
04 / The result
Manual hand-offs between quoting and production are gone. The designer exports PDF and DXF files straight to CNC machines, and customers get a magic-link portal with live production status and a warranty card.
